Openers: Abishek Porel, Faf du Plessis
DC will open the innings with Abhishek Porel and Faf du Plessis. The Axar Patel-led side has made a lot of changes, especially to their opening pair, and will hope for the duo to click.
The young wicketkeeper batter hasn't been able to convert the good starts that he has had into meaningful scores in the last few matches and would want to rectify that against GT.
Faf du Plessis, on the other hand, will look to get the team off to a solid start and make a decisive contribution to help them register an important win.
