During the match between India A and India D at Anantapur, India A player Riyan Parag showed his agility and took a magnificent low catch at slip to end Ricky Bhui's brilliant and fighting knock under pressure.

During the 72nd over of the fourth innings, offspinner Tanush Kotian bowled a loopy delivery outside off stump. The ball took the outside edge of the centurion Ricky Bhui and went low at first slip.

Parag, who was alert at the slips, got down in time and caught the ball just above the ground. The on-field umpires referred the catch to the TV umpire but it turned out to be a clean catch later.

It was the big wicket of Ricky Bhui, who was dismissed after a brilliant hundred under pressure on the last day's pitch. Bhui was dismissed for 113 off 191 balls which included 14 fours and 3 sixes.

India A beat India D by 186 runs

With Bhui's wicket, India D's chances of taking the game deep also ended. Ricky Bhui was the highest run-scorer for India D in the second innings as none of the other batters could even cross the 50-run mark.

After the fall of Bhui's wicket, Saurabh Kumar and Harshit Rana showed some resistance with the bat but the target was too much for them.

India D's fight was finally ended by Riyan Parag, who claimed the last wicket of the match by dismissing Vidwath Kaverappa. Parag bowled just two balls in the match and returned figures of 1-1.

Offspinner Tanush Kotian also bowled well and finished with 4-73 while left=arm spinner Shams Mulani picked up 3 wickets. Earlier, it was another failure for India D skipper Shreyas Iyer who failed to get a big score again. Wicketkeeper Sanju Samson showed glimpses of his form and scored a breezy 40 off 45 balls with 3 fours and 3 sixes.

India A recover after early blows

Earlier, India A scored 290 in their first innings thanks to a rescue act from Shams Mulani and Tanush Kotian. Mulani scored 89 while Kotian scored 53. Harshit Rana picked up 4 wickets for India D.

In reply, they took a big first-innings lead of 107 runs after bowling India D out for just 183 in their first innings. Although Devdutt Padikkal scored a magnificent 92, but the other India D batters struggled throughout the innings.

India A batted exceptionally well in their second innings after taking the first-innings lead. They declared their innings on 380-3 to set a target of 488 runs on the last day.

Pratham Singh and Tilak Varma scored magnificent tons in the innings. Riyan Parag failed to convert his starts in both the innings as he was dismissed for 37 and 20 across both the innings.
