Gujarat Titans (GT) and Mumbai Indians (MI) will be facing each other in the Eliminator of the ongoing IPL 2025. The GT vs MI match will be played on Friday (May 30) at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium, Mullanpur, Chandigarh.
GT finished the league stage at the third spot in the points table with 18 points while MI were at the fourth spot with 16 points. Both the teams had the opportunity to seal a top-two spot but they failed to grab it as they lost their last league games.
GT suffered a humiliating 83-run loss at the hands of Chennai Super Kings in their last game and will be looking to bounce back. On the other hand, MI suffered a 7-wicket defeat at the hands of Punjab Kings in their last league game and will be eyeing a better show in the Eliminator.

The first two games played at the venue this season saw three 200-plus innings. However, PBKS were bowled out for just 111 runs in the third match and went on to defend that total against defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders.
In the fourth match, PBKS scored 157/6 and suffered a loss against Royal Challengers Bengaluru. So, the pitch will have enough assistance for both bowlers and batsmen.
