Jasprit Bumrah missed the match due to an injury
Brar had a great opportunity to become the hero for the Indian cricket team with the ball, as Jasprit Bumrah was not with the team at Lord’s due to a Knee injury. In place of Bumrah, the Indian team management named Arshdeep Singh as the replacement.
With four pacers on the card: Arshdeep Singh, Gurnoor Brar, Prasidh Krishna, and Prince Yadav, the bowling line-up looked promising as the surface in London mostly supports the fast bowlers with seaming conditions.
