Pakistan National Cricket Team fast bowler Haris Rauf has won the ICC Player of the Month award for November 2024. The premier pacer defeated India National Cricket Team fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah and South Africa National Cricket Team all-rounder Marco Jansen to win the award.

Haris Rauf breathed fire with the ball in the ODI series. He started the series with a three-wicket haul in Melbourne. His best came in the second match of the series as he picked a five-wicket haul. This came when the Pakistan National Cricket Team were down in the series as he registered the figures of 5/29 at the Adelaide Oval in Adelaide.
Haris Rauf's staggering ton with the ball helped the Pakistan National Cricket Team bundle out the Australia National Cricket Team for a total of 163 runs and then win the game by 9 wickets. The pacer then came up with another brilliant effort in the final game as he troubled the batters big time.
Haris Rauf picked 18 wickets in the month of November
In the series decider, Haris Rauf went on to pick two more wickets and ended up winning the Player of the Series. He ended up with 10 scalps at an economy of just five, helping his team win the series by 2-1 and etching their name in the record books.
Haris Rauf continued his form with the ball in T20Is against Australia as well. He picked up 5 wickets in the series and then ended the month with three more wickets in Zimbabwe. Overall in November, the premier pacer picked 18 wickets in the games that he played in last month.
Danni Wyatt wins ICC Women’s Player of the Month for November
In terms of the ICC Women’s Player of the Month for November, it was England's Danni Wyatt who claimed the award. This came after her impressive performances with the bat against the South Africa Women's National Cricket Team as she helped her team win the series.
In the three games, Danni Wyatt scored 142 runs at an impressive average of 71 and a blistering strike rate of 163.21. She also became the the 10th player in WT20I history to reach 3000 runs, and the first England player to complete the milestone. Overall, she is the second fastest to achieve the feat.
On winning the award, Danni Wyatt said: "I am delighted and honoured to win this award. I'd like to say a big thank you to all my teammates and coaches who I work with and who encourage me every day. On a personal level, it’s been pleasing to perform consistently and the aim individually and collectively as a team is to continue this as we build up to the Ashes and another big year of cricket coming up next year.”
