India and Mumbai swashbuckling batsman Suryakumar Yadav recently opened up on his bowling, stating that he continues to bowl in the nets whenever he gets an opportunity.
The 30-year-old recently engaged in a freewheeling chat on MI TV was responding to Mumbai Indians talent scout, Parthiv Patel, who had him was asked about his bowling.
Suryakumar Yadav responded that he has been working on his bowling and he will be ready to step up for his team as and when needed.
”Why is he always behind my bowling? No, I have not stopped bowling, I keep bowling in the nets. Whenever I get an opportunity to bowl in the game I will be there. Parthiv bhai don’t worry you will see me bowling soon!” Suryakumar Yadav claimed.

Primarily, a right-arm medium-pacer, Suryakumar Yadav has taken a total of 36 wickets in his domestic career, 24 of which have come in First-Class cricket.
Yadav has more-or-less moved away from bowling after his action got reported in 2014.
With Hardik Pandya reluctant to bowl regularly due to his ongoing back issues post his surgery and none of the Indian top-order batsmen having the ability to chip in with a few overs, Team India has grappled with the lack of sixth bowling option in white-ball cricket recently.
=If Suryakumar Yadav can improve his bowling and turn himself into a reliable 3-4 overs bowler, then, not only will he improve the balance of the team but he will also become an indispensable part of the side.
Yadav, who made his long-awaited T20I debut earlier this year against England, will be next seen in action in July when India travels to Sri Lanka to play 5 T20Is and 3 ODIs.
