Will Young slammed his first every century in the history of the ICC Champions Trophy and became only the fourth batter from the New Zealand National Cricket Team to achieve the feat, joining the likes of Nathan Astle, Kane Williamson and Chris Cairns.
Will Young ended with the innings of 107 runs off 113 balls. The opening batter had a strike rate of over 94 and also slammed 12 fours and 1 six in his innings. His knock ensured that the New Zealand National Cricket Team went past 200 runs on the board.
Tom Latham and Glenn Phillips end innings on high, New Zealand ends with the total of 320 runs
With the wicket of Will Young, the New Zealand National Cricket Team lost their fourth wicket for 191 runs. Apart from him, Tom Latham also came up with a stupendous effort with the bat as he also hit a sensational century, putting the Pakistan National Cricket Team under pressure.
