The 16 teams part of the ICC Under 19 World Cup 2024 are divided into four groups of 4 teams each. In Group A, there are teams like India, Bangladesh, Ireland, and the United States. In Group B, England, South Africa, West Indies, and Scotland are the four teams.

Australia, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, and Namibia form Group C. Afghanistan, Pakistan, New Zealand, and Bangladesh are members of Group D. All the teams from the same group will face each other once during the first round. The top three teams from each group will play in the Super Six round later. After the Super Six round, the top four teams will qualify for the semi-finals.
