The stage is all set for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026. Ahead of the opener of the tournament, starting on June 12, Star Sports will reveal the full list of English and Hindi commentators and presenters on June 8.
The first match of the elite competition will be between the host nation, England, and Sri Lanka at Edgbaston. India will start their campaign on June 14, against its arch-rival Pakistan, in Birmingham. Ian Bishop, who is among the fan favorite commentators, vows to continue his storytelling about the players who have qualified for the 2026 T20 World Cup. Through the back story of the players, Bishop will aim to inspire the emerging cricketers through his critical inputs and in-depth narratives.
