Pakistan national team cricketer Imad Wasim is alleged to have forced his wife to have an abortion. Imad’s mother is also accused of supporting his son. Multiple viral videos, mostly capturing high-stakes audio parts involving multiple persons, are supposed to be of Imad Wasim and his ex-wife, Sania Ishfaq, as per the claims.
According to the latest viral video, Sania accused the alleged cricketer of forcing her to undergo an abortion. As we can hear in the video shared on the social media platform ‘X’, an extremely emotional voice is saying, “Tum mere bacche ko marne aye (You came to kill my child)”.
Sania Ishfaq unfolds multiple shocking allegations against Imad Wasim
Since the separation of Imad Wasim and Sania Ishfaq, there have been multiple controversial claims came under the light. On multiple occasions, Sania has accused the cricketer and his family of domestic violence.
A few days ago, Sania took his official Instagram account to write about her experiences when she was pregnant. She claimed that Imad Wasim did his second time when she was pregnant and needed support from her husband. But, as per the accusations, instead of supporting Sania Ishfaq, Imad took the wrong way to treat her wife.
“He cheated on me while I was pregnant with his child. During my pregnancy, his controlling behaviour made my life extremely difficult. He was arrested in July 2025 in the UK because of his behaviour and domestic abuse allegations, and there were concerns that he wanted to take my children away. I also felt pressured by his family,” She shared through an Instagram post.

The viral conversation is claimed to be with the doctor when Imad took his wife for an abortion. During the conversation with the doctor, the male voice said that he wanted the abortion because it was not their planned baby.
In return, the doctor wanted to hear her opinion as well. In a heartbreaking voice, the female voice clearly stated that she does not want to do the abortion. While the male voice claims that he wants an abortion as the baby was not planned, the female voice claims that he wants an abortion as he wants to ensure his spot in the World Cup squad.

According to the allegations against the cricketer, and the caption of the shared post, “A video of Imad Wasim allegedly forcing his wife to have an abortion, giving the doctor excuses that he cannot play in the World Cup with a pregnant wife.”
In a separate post, the social media profile named Mian Ahmad claims that the incident was ahead of the 2024 World Cup.
“Forced his wife to have an abortion under the pretext that he wanted to focus on making the squad for the 2024 World Cup,” it is written.
Imad Wasim selected for the World Cup team
Eventually, Imad Wasim was selected for the 2024 Men’s ICC T20 World Cup squad, and he went to fulfill his dream of representing the national cricket team in a World Cup tournament.
However, despite the presence of Imad Wasim in the team, Pakistan suffered another heartbreaking moment in an ICC tournament. In 2024, it was the Indian cricket team who lifted the T20 World Cup trophy, under the leadership of Rohit Sharma.
