India Cricket Team achieved a massive feat in the ODIs. They equaled Australia’s all-time record of having the most century stands against Pakistan in the history of the 50-over format. Thanks to captain Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill they etched their name in the record books.

India achieved the feat in the ongoing Super Four game of the Asia Cup 2023 against Pakistan at the R.Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. The Babar Azam-led side won the toss and opted to field first. Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill lost their wickets in successive overs. Virat Kohli then was batting at 8 runs off 16 balls along with KL Rahul, who was unbeaten at 17 runs off 28 balls before rain interrupted the game. During the halt, India were 147/2 in 24.1 overs.
