Rain threat looms over IND vs PAK clash

Well, Team India had a winning start to their T20 World Cup 2024 campaign, beating Ireland by eight wickets in their first match in New York on June 5. On the other hand, the Pakistan cricket team suffered a shocking loss to the co-hosts, the USA in their tournament opener via super over on June 6 in Texas.

Now, India will look to carry forward their winning momentum in the ongoing T20 World Cup 2024, while Pakistan will also be eager to open its account in the mega event. However, according to the latest weather forecast, there are high chances of rain in New York during the scheduled IND vs PAK match on Sunday.

Accuweather suggested that there is a 51% chance of rain at 11 AM local time (8:30 PM IST), just 30 minutes after the match is set to begin, which is not a really good sign, as if the rain plays its game, then the teams will have to share the points.
