Virat Kohli might be saying to Nandre Burger that he will hit him for 30 runs in an over. Burger also tried to sledge Virat on Day 1, however, at that time Virat didn’t respond to Burger. Kohli is a batsman who likes to speak more with his performance rather than his words. Kohli was the highest run scorer in India’s first innings during the second Test match and scored 46 runs.

The year 2023 was a memorable one for Virat Kohli as he was the second-highest run scorer in the year and also slammed a total of eight hundreds. Kohli also became the first batsman on the earth to slam 50 ODI tons and achieved the milestone during the 2023 ODI World Cup. Kohli surpassed Indian legend Sachin Tendulkar and now will be aiming to level his record of 100 international hundreds.

However, apart from being one of the best batsmen in the world in the current era, Virat Kohli is also known for his aggressive attitude on the field. Virat showcased a lot of his aggressive and attacking nature during his captaincy days and also never allowed them to overtake him in terms of aggression and sledging.

The most heated moment that Virat Kohli has shared with is Australia. Australians have been someone, who have liked to play mind games with the opposition and like some chatter on the field. However, whenever they have tried to take on Virat Kohli, he has given them back with more interest. Apart from his aggression, Virat Kohli also showcases his dance steps which gives a moment for his fans to laugh.

Coming back to the IND vs SA 2nd Test match, the Indian team were handed over a target of 79 runs by the Proteas which they chased down with ease and won the match by seven wickets. This was India’s first Test win at the Sahara Park Newlands after 30 years and they also ended the Test series by a margin of 1-1.

Rohit Sharma remained unbeaten on 17 runs whereas it was Shreyas Iyer who hit the winning runs and scored 4* runs.

The Indian team had won the ODI series 2-1 whereas the T20I series was levelled at 1-1 as the first match in Durban was abandoned due to rain. India would now face Afghanistan in a three-match T20I series after the South African tour.
