IND vs SL: WATCH - From Play In Rain To Dance In Swimming Pool, Here's How Indian Players Celebrated Victory Vs Pakistan

India defeated Pakistan by 238 runs in Asia Cup 2023 encounter on Monday. Post the match, Indian players like Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, and Shubman Gill among others had a fun time in the swimming pool in the team hotel.

In the match, India posted 356-6 in 50 overs batting first. Later, they bowled out Pakistan for just 128, winning the game by a huge margin of 228 runs. Virat Kohli and KL Rahul were star performers in batting with their centuries.

Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill scored half-centuries in the match. In bowling, Kuldeep Yadav grabbed the limelight with his 5-wicket haul. Jasprit Bumrah, Shardul Thakur, and Hardik Pandya picked 1 wicket each.

Post the match, Indian players like Virat Kohli, Ravindra Jadeja, Rohit Sharma, and Shubman Gill among others celebrated their victory with fun in the swimming pool. BCCI shared a video on X (formerly Twitter) in which Indian players can be seen dancing in a swimming pool.

India has gained a powerful edge in Asia Cup 2023 with the victory against Pakistan in the opening match of the Super Four round. The men-in-blue will face Sri Lanka and Bangladesh in their next two matches of the tournament.

IND vs SL match takes place on September 12. IND vs BAN match takes place on September 15. However, no team has yet qualified for the Asia Cup 2023 final. Pakistan earlier defeated Bangladesh. They will face Sri Lanka in their next game of the tournament.
