Fans on Twitter/X were furious with the India National Cricket Team wicketkeeper-batter Sanju Samson following his failures in the ongoing five-match T20I series against West Indies National Cricket Team.

Sanju Samson is undoubtedly one of the most talented batters in India at the moment. He regularly bats with positive intent and has the ability to change the course of the game with his attacking brand of cricket.

Despite being a supremely talented player and performing well in the Indian Premier League (IPL), Samson was not given a consistent run of chances by Team India. However, he was provided with regular opportunities in the ongoing West Indies tour and he failed to deliver good performances.

Many expected Sanju Samson to play high impactful knocks if not big innings, but the batter failed to do both in the ongoing T20I series. He got the opportunity to bat in three innings and he failed to play good knocks in all three of them.

In the first two T20Is, he registered scores of 12 and 7, before getting out for 9-ball 13 in the series-deciding fifth T20I clash against West Indies at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground, Lauderhill, Florida.

Although Sanju Samson completed 6000 T20 runs in the fifth T20I, he was slammed by fans on X for wasting his talent and not performing well when the opportunities were handed to him.

In 22 T20I matches, Sanju Samson has scored just 333 runs for Team India at a poor average of 18.50 and a strike rate of 131.62.

Here’s How Fans Reacted On X After Sanju Samson’s Yet Another Failure:
