IND vs WI: "Finished Player" - Fans Rip Into Ajinkya Rahane For Batting Failure On Return To Vice-captaincy

Fans on Twitter slammed the India National Cricket Team senior batter Ajinkya Rahane for his batting failure on his return to vice-captaincy in the first Test of the two-match series against Kraigg Brathwaite-led West Indies National Cricket Team at the Windsor Park, Roseau, Dominica.

Ajinkya Rahane was dropped from the Indian team after the South Africa tour in 2021-22 after he registered a string of low scores. He went back to domestic cricket and performed brilliantly.

After that, he performed exceptionally well for the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in their title-winning campaign in 2023. He scored runs at an impressive strike rate for the side. However, the batter has failed to impress on return to vice-captaincy in Dominica. He managed to stay out in the middle only for 11 deliveries and scored just 3 runs before pacer Kemar Roach cleaned him up on the first delivery of the 130th over.
