Indian skipper Rohit Sharma was again in the headlines during the ongoing first match of the Test series against West Indies at Windsor Park in Roseau, Dominica. Although he lost the toss, he made sure that he carry his team in a way that they remain on top. 

Rohit Sharma showed brilliant captaincy skills as he made good bowling changes and on account of a five-wicket haul by Ravichandran Ashwin, India bundled out West Indies for just 150 runs. With the bat, he then made sure that he gave his team a brilliant start.

But when Rohit Sharma is around there can’t be any dull moment and he once again lived up to that expectations. The hilarious incident took place in the 9th over when Alzarri Joesph surprised the Indian skipper with the full ball. The batter got the inside edge and the ball hit him on his toe.

As the ball struck Rohit Sharma, he looked in immense pain and immediately shouted Be*****od. The video of the incident went viral on the internet with many laughing at the Indian skipper’s act.

IND vs WI: Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal gave India a solid start 

After India bundled out West Indies for 150 runs, skipper Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal gave their team a solid start. They respected the good balls and also made sure that they score runs at a quick rate. The duo stitched 80 runs for the opening partnership and made sure India ended the day on dominating note. 

Rohit Sharma remained unbeaten at 30 runs whereas Yashasvi Jaiswal was batting at 40 runs before the umpires called stumps on Day 1.
