The India women cricket team represents India in women's international cricket. Also known as Women in Blue, the team is governed by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). India are now one of the strongest teams in international cricket and also a full member of the International Cricket Council (ICC).

The India women's team played its first international match on 31 October 1976 when they faced West Indies in a Test match at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

India are yet to win a World Cup but have done well in the tournaments in recent years. In 2005 and 2017, India qualified for the Cricket World Cup final but ended up on the losing side on both occasions. In 2020, they also made it to the final of the T20 World Cup but lost to Australia.
