The players are reportedly not happy with the skipper's behaviour; thus, they have complained to the management about the captain. The backstage issue also put effect on the team's performance on the field.
It is claimed that at the early stage of the IPL 2026 season, the team was doing well, but suddenly they dropped their form and are now fighting to secure a spot in the playoffs. Vaibhav Bhola, a journalist, has made these explosive claims through a social media post. Though he does not mention the name of the team.

As the claim is massive and the name of the team has been kept secret, it has sparked a series of speculations among cricket fans on social media platforms. Netizens are now speculating which team it could be.
The report has mentioned that the team was playing well in the early stage of the tournament, but is now fighting for a playoff spot. Punjab Kings (PBKS), Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), and Rajasthan Royals (RR) are among the few team who started their IPL journey on a strong note, but gradually dropped multiple points.
