Jasprit Bumrah is set to provide a massive boost to the India National Cricket Team in the upcoming two-match Test series against Sri Lanka next month. After making an ODI comeback on the England tour, Jasprit Bumrah is ready for a Test comeback as well, as per a report in PTI.

India’s premier fast bowler was rested for the T20I series in Ireland and England, but he was brought back to the ODI squad for England, only to leave him injured. Amid this, Rohit Sharma's new look grabs attention as he meets Ravi Shastri in London.

Jasprit Bumrah ready to return for Sri Lanka Tests after injury scare

Jasprit Bumrah has missed the third and final ODI against England at Lord's because of an impact injury to his left knee with reactive swelling. However, after spending the past few weeks recovering and undergoing fitness assessments, Bumrah is now expected to be available for selection.

It is being said that Bumrah will be considered for the Sri Lanka tour, with India aiming to bounce back strongly in the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) 2027 final race.
