In a recent clip from Rajasthan Royals X handle, English fast bowler Jofra Archer was seen copying Ravindra Jadeja’s action in the nets during the practice session ahead of the game.

Jofra Archer was recently seen mimicking his very new teammate's bowling action, Ravindra Jadeja, before their first game against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at their second home ground in Guwahati.

Is Jofra Archer impressed by Sir Ravindra Jadeja's bowling action?

After this funny clip went viral on the internet, the question is, is Archer really impressed by Jadeja's action? Jadeja, who has recently been traded in the IPL mega-auction 2025 from Chennai Super Kings to Rajasthan Royals (RR) at a whopping price of 14 crore in place of their former captain Sanju Samson, has started showing his skills and the lovely environment he brings to the team.

Through this video, it is clearly visible that Jadeja has started moving on from the Chennai Super Kings to the Rajasthan Royals, which was already his first franchise. His bond with the players is so good that everyone joins his company, where they are seen doing these kinds of things to keep the environment light and friendly.

How can Ravindra Jadeja's experience help Rajasthan win their 2nd IPL Title?

Jadeja, who was a part of one of the successful franchises in the past, CSK, where he played a crucial role in winning them 5 IPL trophies, has now been traded to his old team, Rajasthan. It will be quite interesting to see how RR utilise Jadeja’s years of experience and skills in their camp, which is now led by a young captain, Riyan Parag, after Sanju Samson's trade.

Rajasthan has been among the teams that look strong on paper every season, but once the tournament gets closer to the final, they fail to capitalise on it, which we have seen over the years. Out of 18 editions, they have won just once, that too in 2008. After that, they reached the final for just one time in 2022, and they lost against the Gujarat Titans.

With Jadeja joining the squad, the young team would be keen to learn from the legend and improve their match-winning skills in their game.

Ravindra Jadeja to lead the spin department

Talking about the RR team, the side is quite young in the batting as well as the bowling departments. In batting, they have players like Yashshavi Jaiswal and Vaibhav Sooryanshi to give them a flying start. Whereas in the middle order, they have Shimron Hetmyer, Riyan Parag, and Dhruv Jurel as the backbone of the team. With Jadeja and Dasun Shanka joining them as finishers in the end, it will definitely boost the morale of the team.

However, in the bowling department, they have Sandeep Sharma as an experienced bowler, along with Jofra Archer and Charak as options. Additionally, in the spin department, they have got additional support from Ravindra Jadeja, leading the spin department along with Ravi Bishnoi.

Can Jadeja win the game for CSK after knowing their weakness?

Jadeja, who has represented Chennai Super Kings for 12 seasons, can definitely make a difference for his team in the upcoming match as he is aware of the batters' weaknesses and where the bowlers need to bowl.

However, his years of experience and knowledge will be a great benefit for Kumar Sangakara’s team to start their winning campaign on a very high note by defeating one of the best teams in the Indian Premier League at their home ground.
