It all started when Gujarat Titans skipper Shubman Gill met Kevin Pietersen on the sidelines of the teams’ practice session in Ahmedabad and exchanged greetings. With his usual humor, the Englishman jokingly asked, “Bro, what’s a mentor? No one knows what a mentor does. Can you explain it to me?”
