Ravindra Jadeja, on Friday (April 19), took an absolute blinder to end KL Rahul's fine knock during the game between Lucknow Super Giants and Chennai Super Kings in Lucknow.

After CSK set LSG a target of 177 runs, KL Rahul led his team from the very front as he led their charge with the bat. He and Quinton de Kock put LSG in the driver's seat by adding 134 runs for the first wicket. Mustafizur Rahman broke the stand by dismissing Quinton de Kock in the 15th over.

The South Africa star departed after scoring 54 runs off 43 balls with the help of five fours and a six. Rahul, on the other hand, had completed his fifty off 31 deliveries in the 11th over and was looking destined to bat his team to a thumping win.

However, the LSG captain could not stay till the end as a stunning catch from Ravindra Jadeja ended his knock in the 18th over when his team still needed 16 runs to win the game. It was a short and wide delivery from Pathirana and Rahul went hard at it. He made a good connection with the ball, hitting it towards points.

The ball was looking destined to fly past Ravindra Jadeja. However, the CSK star once again showed why he is regarded as one of the best fielders in the world by taking an absolute blinder. Ravindra Jadeja made a full-length dive to his left and caught the ball with his left hand, leaving his captain Ruturaj Gaikwad as well as Rahul stunned.
