The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has warned IPL 2025 teams about a suspected corruption threat. According to a report from Cricbuzz, a businessman from Hyderabad is attempting to draw players, coaches, support staff, and commentators into unethical activities.

The Indian Premier League has captivated millions of fans with its thrilling matches. However, the league has faced match-fixing scandals that led to lifetime bans for some players. In response, the Board of Control for Cricket in India has taken firm measures to preserve the integrity of the tournament.

Three Rajasthan Royals players were arrested by Delhi Police for their involvement in spot-fixing in 2013. The news sent shockwaves through the cricketing world.
