Former Pakistan fast bowler Mohammad Amir has made a strong statement about the current condition of Pakistan cricket. Mohammad Amir said that Pakistan cricket has already gone through a serious decline across the formats, especially Test cricket.

Mohammad Amir makes shocking 20-year prediction
After Pakistan was bowled out for a paltry 110 in their first innings at Lord’s, Mohammad Amir has made a bold prediction, saying that the team may not improve for the next 20 years. He challenged people to remember his prediction and question him if the situation changes during that period.
Mohammad Amir said on a YouTube podcast: “It is not getting worse; it has already got worse. And I want to say this on your platform: I am putting a condition here. Pakistan cricket will not get better for the next 20 years. If it does improve, come and catch me.
I will be around 55 years from now. If Allah gives you life, give me life too. If things improve, come and tell me that Amir said this 20 years ago, but it did not happen.”

Mohammad Amir gives verdict on Babar Azam and Pakistan batters
Amir has further said that Babar Azam and the current Pakistan batters lack the technical skills needed to succeed in tough English conditions. He feels the current batting group has already reached its maximum level and does not have the same ability as the past Pakistan greats.
The former fast bowler added, “Honestly, these players are doing as much as their ability allows," he said. “It's not their fault. Younis Khan and Mohammad Yousuf had the ability to score runs everywhere, including England, Australia and New Zealand.”
Amir also took the dig at the Pakistani batters by saying that natural talent and technical ability can make a major difference, especially when facing difficult conditions like those in England, but they don’t have those skills either.
He signed off by saying, “The more ability you have, the more you can achieve. In these conditions, I think these batters can only do this much.”
England bowlers rip through Pakistan's weak batting line-up
After scoring 290 in their first innings, England's bowlers did a fantastic job by bowling Pakistan out for just 110.
