Fast bowlers Jasprit Bumrah and Jofra Archer have been picked as the toughest bowlers by the star Pakistani cricketers Mohammad Rizwan and Fakhar Zaman respectively. Both Bumrah and Archer are the modern-day greats who have achieved various milestones in their career so far.

Alongside Jasprit Bumrah, Rizwan also picked Josh Hazlewood as someone who was difficult to face when he entered international cricket. Meanwhile, Pakistani fast bowler Naseem Shah was also present there alongside Rizwan and Fakhar.

Naseem was also asked about the toughest player he has ever faced and he named the former England captain Jos Buttler. Just like Bumrah, Buttler is one of the greatest white-ball players to have ever played the game.

Mohammad Rizwan picks Jasprit Bumrah as toughest bowler

Pakistan's ODI captain Mohammad Rizwan, opener Fakhar Zaman, and fast bowler Naseem Shah were invited in a special show hosted by the former quick Wahab Riaz. All the players were asked about the toughest players they have faced in their international career so far.

Rizwan revealed that he had troubles facing Josh Hazlewood during the early stages of his cricket career but admitted that Jasprit Bumrah has earned that reputation now.

"When I started playing international cricket, I felt Josh Hazlewood was the toughest I faced. But now it is Jasprit Bumrah," Rizwan was quoted as saying by ANI.

When Fakhar Zaman was asked about the same thing, he gave his answer while keeping the conditions in his mind. He picked England's tearaway quick Jofra Archer as someone who can be tough to face with the new ball.

"I can tell you according to the conditions. But I feel it was difficult to face Jofra Archer with the new ball," Fakhar replied.

Jos Buttler labeled as "toughest" by Naseem Shah

Being a fast bowler, Naseem Shah named the batter who has troubled him the most in his international career so far. Naseem picked Jos Buttler who is tough to bowl in the white-ball format.

"Recently, I feel Jos Buttler is a tough batter in white-ball cricket," said Naseem.

Jos Buttler has exceptional numbers in white-ball cricket and is also said to be the greatest white-ball cricketer to have emerged from England. He has played 187 ODIs and 134 T20Is in his career so far.

Buttler is one of the few players in the world to have a strike rate in excess of 110 in both the white-ball formats despite playing a significant amount of matches in both formats. Apart from his numbers, he is also a part of England's ODI World Cup and a T20 World Cup-winning teams.

Jasprit Bumrah's incredible rise

Jasprit Bumrah is regarded as the best all-format bowler in the world right now. He is India's bowling spearhead at the moment and has exceptional numbers in all three formats of the game.

He is a regular in all the formats but missed the recently concluded Champions Trophy due to an injury sustained in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. He played a key role in India's T20 World Cup win last year and emerged as the Player of the tournament.

Currently, he is undergoing rehabilitation at the NCA and is not a part of the initial games of the IPL. However, he is expected to be back in the upcoming weeks which serves as a piece of good news for his IPL team Mumbai Indians.
