As A Batting Unit, We Can Do Better - MS Dhoni

Chennai Super Kings, led by Dhoni, opted to bowl first after winning the toss. They restricted Lucknow Super Giants to 166/7. LSG captain Rishabh Pant scored 63 off 49 balls, including four fours and four sixes, but CSK's bowlers kept a tight grip and prevented LSG from gaining momentum.

In reply, CSK had a strong start with debutant Shaik Rasheed scoring 27 off 19 balls. He and Rachin Ravindra (37 off 22) put on a 52-run partnership for the first wicket. Although CSK lost a few wickets in the middle order, Shivam Dube (unbeaten 43) and Dhoni guided them to their second victory of the season.

“As a bowling unit, we’ve done well. As a batting unit, we can do better," he said during the post-match presentation.
