PAK vs BAN: "Can I Laugh Please"? Ramiz Raja Comes Up With Hilarious Reaction To Sanjay Manjrekar's 1992 World Cup Question

Former Pakistan batsman Ramiz Raja had a hilarious reaction to a suggestion about a potential remarkable turnaround for Pakistan in the ongoing ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023.
The Men in Green are currently languishing at the seventh spot in the points table and are all but out of the semifinal race. They began their campaign with 2 wins before suffering four losses in a row. They need nothing less than a miracle to make it to the semifinals of an ODI World Cup for the first time since 2011.
Registering an unlikely win in a World Cup is nothing new for Pakistan cricket. They did something similar in 1992 when Imran Khan led them to glory against all the odds. Pakistan’s chances of qualifying for the semifinal looked all but over after they lost to West Indies, India, and South Africa and their game against England was washed out.
However, the Imran Khan-led side defeated co-hosts Australia and New Zealand as well as Sri Lanka in their next three games to make it to the semifinals. In the semifinals, they got the better of New Zealand once again before beating England in the final to win their first and to date only World Cup title.
So can Pakistan do something similar in the ongoing World Cup? This is what Sanjay Manjrekar asked Ramiz Raja before the start of Pakistan’s game against Bangladesh. The former India cricketer asked Ramiz Raja whether Mickey Arthur could replicate Imran Khan’s role. And in reply, the former Pakistan cricketer-turned-commentator came up with a hilarious reply, saying:
“Can I laugh on this please? Is it allowed?”

Pakistan in driver’s seat:
Talking about the ongoing game between Pakistan and Bangladesh, the former are well on top. The Babar Azam-led side made a solid start with the ball after opting to bowl first. At the time of writing this report, Bangladesh were reeling at 73 for 3 in the 17th over.
