England beat Pakistan by eight wickets in the third and final Test on Tuesday in Karachi, securing a historic 3-0 series sweep in Pakistan. Pakistan have now lost four consecutive home tests, and this is their first-ever whitewash at home. The Men in Green lost their first two matches in Rawalpindi and Multan by 74 and 26 runs, respectively.
Rehan Ahmed became the youngest debutant in men’s test history to take five wickets in a single inning, breaking Australia’s Pat Cummins’ previous record. The 18-year-old dismissed Pakistan captain Babar Azam and wicketkeeper batter Mohammad Rizwan, among others, with his spin bowling, which proved to be the game-changer for England on day three.

To Get Babar Azam Out Is Dream Come True – Rehan Ahmed
England’s teenage sensation Rehan Ahmed said taking five wickets on his test debut was a “dream come true”. Ahmed revealed that he has been working hard on his leg spin for the past two months with bowling coach Jeetan Patel.
“It was probably the best day of my life again. To get a five-for on debut is a dream come true,” Ahmed told the BBC.
