PAK vs NZ Live Streaming- How to Watch Pakistan vs New Zealand 1st ODI In Your Country? The first of the upcoming three-match ODI series between Pakistan and New Zealand will be played on Friday at Rawalpindi International Cricket Stadium.

New Zealand are playing an international series in Pakistan for the first time since 2003. It isn’t going to be easy for the visitors to play in unfamiliar conditions and that too without their senior players such as Kane Williamson, Trent Boult, Guptill and Tim Southee etc.

In the absence of Williamson, Tom Latham will lead a second-string New Zealand. A similar squad toured Bangladesh recently for a T20 series. New Zealand lost that series by a margin of 2-3. Tom Latham was the top run-scorer with the bat, however, the other batsmen didn’t inspire a lot of optimism.

The likes of Finn Allen, Henry Nicholls and Colin de Grandhomme will once again have the responsibility to score the bulk of runs. Ajaz Patel performed brilliantly with the ball against Bangladesh. He is likely to make his debut in ODIs on Friday. He will share the spin bowling duties alongside Ravindra and McChonchie.

Matt Henry has been included in the ODI series against Pakistan. His inclusion would certainly strengthen their fast bowling unit, which consists of the likes of Scott Kuggeleijn and Hamish Bennett etc.

Pakistan, on the other hand, have already named their 12-man squad for the series. Babar Azam will lead the unit, while Shadab Khan will be his deputy. The batting unit consists of Imam Ul Haq, Fakhar Zaman and M Rizwan etc. The fast bowling unit comprises Hasan Ali, Haris Rauf and Shaheen Afridi.

In their last ODI series, Pakistan suffered a 3-0 defeat at the hands of a second-string England team. Their batting unit struggled to hit the straps in swinging conditions in England. Pakistan would be playing at home this time around against a second-string New Zealand team and would be confident of winning the series.
