The New Zealand cricket team has arrived in Pakistan for a series of limited-overs matches against the host squad. The Kiwis, led by Tom Latham, will play five T20Is and five ODIs against Pakistan.

The New Zealand cricket team arrived at Lahore airport and was immediately taken to their hotel with high-security measures in place. After resting for two days, they will begin practice sessions on April 13, leading up to their T20 matches in Lahore and Rawalpindi and the ODIs in Rawalpindi and Karachi.

“There are several young players in the team who have not played in these conditions before, making it a challenging tour. Pakistan has a world-class team and that the conditions are vastly different from those in New Zealand, which will provide valuable experience for the young players. Despite the length of the series, he stated that the team will strive to play good cricket,” Daryl Mitchell said.
