Prasidh Krishna literally DEMOLISHES Quinton de Kock's stumps in Visakhapatnam ODI

Prasidh Krishna has had a remarkable turnaround with his second spell in Visakhapatnam. The bowler was manhandled by Quinton de Kock in his first spell, but he came back to bowl a full-length delivery, attacking right onto the stumps, and de Kock was cleaned up in an attempt to whip it across the line.
Quinton de Kock produced a gem of an innings as he rekindled his old form against India. The South African reversed his international retirement to return to the series against Pakistan. With some sheer confidence, he showed promising form with a century and two half-centuries in Pakistan before arriving on the Indian subcontinent.
De Kock has relished batting in the subcontinent and against this opposition, India. He has a very good record here in India, and that was evident when South Africa played the 2023 World Cup in the sub-continent, and de Kock was one of their leading run-getters.
Prasidh Krishna dismantled Quinton de Kock's stumps
Quinton de Kock returned to promising form in the series-deciding game of the ODI series in Visakhapatnam. The left-handed opener struggled against the swinging ball in the powerplay but then broke the shackles when Prasidh Krishna was introduced into the attack. He helped South Africa accelerate through the middle overs, and he himself got to a hundred off just 80 balls.
This century marked Quinton de Kock's seventh ODI century against India in 23 innings. However, wickets were falling from the other end; hence, the pressure of playing the big hits was constant on the only set batter in the crease. Krishna, who bowled stunningly in his second spell, had already picked the wickets of Matthew Breetzke and Aiden Markram.
Krishna targeted the stumps with a full delivery and pace on. QDK attempted a blind whip at it, and the ball went under his bat to dismantle the off and middle stumps out of the ground.

South African middle-order collapses after a firm start for Quinton de Kock
South Africa got to the finest of starts with Quinton de Kock and captain Temba Bavuma doing the maximum of the scoring. De Kock scored a century, and Bavuma contributed with a fighting 48 in a 113-run stand.
However, once these two batters were dismissed, the rest of the South African batters struggled in the middle order. The likes of the centurion from the previous game, Aiden Markram, consistent performer Breetzke, and aggressive finishers Dewald Brevis and Marco Jansen failed to capitalize on a platform already set by the opener.
South Africa's struggles stopped them from going past the score of 300, which has been constant across all innings of this series. Both teams surpassed the 300-run mark in all four innings played over the last two ODIs, but not this time.
Kuldeep Yadav brings India right on top with a double wicket over
After Prasidh Krishna produced a gem of a second spell that cleaned up the South African middle order, spinner Kuldeep Yadav was brought back into the attack with the two biggest hitters from the South African lineup up against the chinaman bowler.
He teased the two to hit through the line and dismissed both Dewald Brevis and Marco Jansen in the same over. The bait worked out for KL Rahul, and he got the spinner right on the money with a third wicket of Corbin Bosch, who has been the pillar of South Africa's death overs batting.
