Behind the scenes tension brewing in Punjab Kings
She has alleged that the EGM was held despite the objections she raised via email on April 10. Preity Zinta has claimed that her objections were disregarded by Burman who went ahead and conducted the meeting with the active support of Wadia.
Even though she attended the meeting along with other directors, she urged the court to declare the EGM illegal and invalid. The Punjab Kings co-owner has also prayed to restrain the company and her fellow co-owners from giving effect to any resolution that was passed at the meeting.
