Punjab Kings will now look to turn things around and win the second qualifier to make it to the final. They have already defeated MI once this season and will be fancying their chances again. As PBKS gears up for the crucial game, we are taking a look at the Punjab Kings' Playing 11.

Punjab Kings Playing 11 vs Mumbai Indians- Qualifier 2, IPL 2025:

Openers: Priyansh Arya, Prabhsimran Singh

Priyansh Arya and Prabhsimran Singh are set to be the openers in the Punjab Kings Playing 11 for the upcoming match. Both the openers have performed well this season and the onus will be on them to give their team a good start with the bat.

The last time PBKS faced MI, Arya had scored a match-winning fifty and will be confident of delivering with the bat again. On the other hand, Prabhsimran has already breached the 500-run mark this season and will look to lead his team's charge with the bat.

Middle-order: Josh Inglis (wk), Shreyas Iyer (c), Nehal Wadhera, Shashank Singh, Marcus Stoinis, Azmatullah Omarzai

Josh Inglis had also scored a fifty when PBKS defeated MI in the league stage. The Australia star was out for just 4 runs in the last game against Royal Challengers Bengaluru and will be looking to bounce back.

With Punjab Kings on the verge of qualifying for the final for the first time since 2014, captain Shreyas Iyer will be keen to lead the team from the front. Iyer has scored 516 runs this season and will look to deliver with the bat in the do-or-die clash.

Nehal Wadhera has played several important knocks this season and will look to make an impact with the bat again. In the last game against RCB, he was out for just 8 runs. Shashank Singh had a forgettable outing with the bat too as he was out for just 3 runs and will be eyeing a better show against MI.

Marcus Stoinis will be a key player in the PBKS Playing 11 for the upcoming game. Stoinis was the only Punjab Kings batter to reach the 20-run mark in the last game and the Australia star will look to impress with the bat again.

Apart from Stoinis, Azmatullah Omarzai will be the other allrounder in the PBKS Playing 11. Omarzai also played an important 18-run knock that helped PBKS reach the 100-run mark.

Bowlers: Harpreet Brar, Arshdeep Singh, Kyle Jamieson

The Punjab Kings Playing 11 is likely to have two pacers and one frontline spinner. Arshdeep Singh and Kyle Jamieson are set to be the two pacers while Harpreet Brar will lead the spin attack if Yuzvendra Chahal fails to recover in time for the upcoming game.
