In the year 2016, Jadeja and Rivaba married. On June 8, 2017, the couple became parents to a little girl, Kunwaribashree Nidhyanaba Jadeja. During the birth of his daughter, the all-rounder was a member of India’s national side for the ICC Champions Trophy. He went to the West Indies for the white-ball series after the ICC event and returned to India once his international obligations were completed.
He travelled to Sri Lanka after a short rest. For the white-ball series versus the hosts, Jadeja was rested, giving him a much-needed vacation. He is still one of India’s busiest cricketers, spending much of his time with the national team on the road.
Jadeja will next be seen in action against England in a one-off Test match in July. Jadeja’s IPL season was cut short due to a bruised rib, and he was left out of the squad for the five-match T20 series against South Africa.
He will be fit for the England tour and is expected to stay there for a long time, as he is also an automatic selection in white-ball squads.
Team India will depart from the United Kingdom for a white-ball series against the hosts in the West Indies. The final two Twenty20 Internationals will be held in Florida.
