The former skipper has looked in sublime touch and the fans can see their old Virat Kohli who used to dominate the terms. The batter had a broad smile on finally smashing 71 century as he was a lot relieved.

Indian Cricket Team looks like a powerful unit when Virat amasses runs. The batter is someone who can provide the stability in the middle overs as he knows how to bat according to the situation. The dashing batter would be aware of the fact that his job is not done yet as he has to be consistent.

Tough Task on Hands for Virat Kohli

Virat Kohli as we all know has played a fair amount of Cricket in Australia. He knows how to score runs on those wickets where batting would be testing. His experience would be invaluable as he would be able to guide the batters in the middle. Alone Virat Kohli won’t take India to triumph as the other batters need to step up and play effective cameos of 30-35 runs.

Men in Blue will have to be spot on this time as the team can’t afford a similar tourney like the 2021 T20 World Cup. A couple of bad games reason won’t matter as a billion people have high expectations from the team. The team has gelled quite well and with the form of Suryakumar Yadav, the team looks threatening as he has shown that he can decimate any bowling attack. It would be interesting to see how Indian batters fare in Australia’s fast & bouncy pitches.
