'Unbelievable' Rishabh Pant hailed by Ex-England captain
During his stay in the middle, Rishabh Pant launched premier pacer Jofra Archer for a four with an outrageous shot. He swept Archer for four behind square on the leg-side and then attempted to reverse lap the England quick next delivery.
Looking at Pant playing outrageous cricket, the former England skipper Michael Atherton, while speaking on Sky Sports, said:
"That's an unbelievable shot from Pant. He got down on one knee and swept Archer as if he were a spinner."

Meanwhile, the legendary Australia National Cricket Team skipper Ricky Ponting lauded Rishabh Pant, saying that he would be a critical man for India on Day 1. He elaborated:
"I think it's pretty even. The wicket didn't do much in the first session but England fought back in the second session. The most impressive thing was Dawson tying up one end. That allowed Stokes to bowl his seamers at the other end, and by tying up that end, the scoring rate hasn't got away. The third session is going to be a big one for both teams," Ricky Ponting said
"Pant is the critical man now for India. .I think he will go after Dawson, regardless of how the field is yet - it's how he plays his best cricket," he added.
