Arjun Tendulkar bowled his full quota of four overs and gave away only 36 runs while taking the crucial wicket of dangerous opener Prabhsimran Singh. He was also the most economical bowler for Lucknow in the high-scoring clash. The big breakthrough came when he dismissed dangerous opener Prabhsimran Singh, who was playing a destructive knock for the Punjab Kings.

In a match where every bowler leaked so many runs, Tendulkar ended up being the most economical bowler for Lucknow Super Giants against Punjab Kings. His biggest moment came when he dismissed Prabhsimran Singh, who was attacking the bowlers in Lucknow.
Prabhsimran and Shreyas Iyer had already put LSG under massive pressure with a huge 140-run partnership. The match looked completely out of LSG’s hands at that stage. But Arjun finally broke the stand in the 15th over with a brilliant full delivery that moved back sharply into the batter and trapped him in front of the stumps.

Rishabh Pant’s dropped catch left Arjun disappointed
Interestingly, the tall pacer could have picked up the wicket much earlier in the innings. In his very first over, Prabhsimran got a top edge while trying to play an aggressive shot. The ball flew towards wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant, who dived across and even got both gloves to the ball, but the tough chance slipped away, and PBKS opener made LSG pay heavily for that mistake.
The PBKS opener went on to score 69 runs from only 39 balls, which played a key role in his team’s seven-wicket win over LSG in Lucknow on Saturday. Despite the missed chance earlier, Arjun stayed calm and continued bowling with discipline.
The young pacer kept working on his lines and lengths before finally getting his reward later in the innings. His brilliant spell became one of the biggest highlights of the match, especially because he had to wait till the final league game of the season to get an opportunity.
