Simarjeet Singh Bought By Sunrisers Hyderabad For INR 1.5 crore at IPL Auction 2025

Simarjeet Singh has registered himself for the IPL 2025 mega auction at the base price of INR 30 lakh. A right-arm pacer, the 26-year-old plays for Delhi in domestic cricket.
He has played 15 first-class games, 23 List-A games, and 30 T20s so far. In first-class cricket, Simarjeet has taken 46 wickets while in List A, he has claimed 23 wickets. In T20s, the Delhi pacer has 33 wickets to his name.
In the IPL, he has played for only one team so far - Chennai Super Kings. He made his debut in the IPL in 2022. In his debut season, Simarjeet played 6 games and picked up 4 wickets while maintaining an economy rate of less than 8.
He did not play any game in IPL 2023 before playing 4 games in IPL 2024. In those 4 games, the pacer picked up 5 wickets.
