‘Teach me’ – Sarah Taylor Impressed By Rashid Khan’s Helicopter Shot In Pakistan Super League 2021

Former England women’s player Sarah Taylor was mightily impressed by Rashid Khan’s helicopter shot in Pakistan Super League 2021 against Peshawar Zalmi on Sunday. Afghanistan’s leg spinner Rashid Khan has been playing for the Lahore Qalandars in the 2021 PSL and he hit the winning runs which left a lot of the cricket fans in awe. The all-rounder has been working on his batting and showed his prowess with the bat.

Rashid Khan played a blistering knock during the run chase along with the veteran Mohammad Hafeez to take their side home. His 27 off 15 balls were very crucial in the chase and continued his good run of form with the bat. Earlier, he bowled an excellent spell of 4 overs giving away just 14 runs at an economy rate of 3.5 which is outstanding. His batting skills were in an exhibition on Sunday.

Sarah Taylor Reacts To The Helicopter Shot

Rashid Khan went for the helicopter shot but ended up with a mini version of it to hit a powerful six against the speedster Amad Butt. The video of his marvellous shot was shared by PSL’s official Twitter handle and Former England’s Star Sarah Taylor was quick to react to the tweet. She replied to the tweet as “Teach me” along with a laughing emoji.

Rashid Khan responded to Sarah Taylor’s tweet as he wrote back ” Sure”. The video had a lot of views on the internet after the tweets. The 22-year-old is one of the best spinners in the world and has been used as the trump card by most of the teams he plays for. He relishes any type of challenge and has done wonders in the game so far at a very young age.

Sarah Taylor’s Excellent Career

Taylor, who is regarded as one of the finest wicket-keepers to have graced the game, retired from international cricket in September 2019 owing to her mental health issues. She played 10 Tests, 126 ODIs, and 90 T20Is in her international career amassing 300, 4056, and 2177 runs in the three formats respectively. The 31-year-old had an illustrious career after making her debut in 2006 at the very young age of 17 years.

Rashid Khan will be playing for the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL 2021 in the month of April- May.
