S Sreesanth didn’t go easy on Gautam Gambhir even on social media after the fight between the two. The eliminator of the Legends League Cricket (LLC) 2023 between India Capitals and Gujarat Giants saw two stars of Indian cricket getting engaged in a verbal spat.
Tempers flared up between S Sreesanth and Gautam Gambhir when the batter smashed the pacer for runs in the game. After the sixth over of the game, the duo were engaged in a verbal spat with each other and the players of both sides separated them.
After the game was over, S Sreesanth took to his social media accounts and revealed about the entire incident. He revealed that Gautam Gambhir called him fixer on live television.
After the allegations by S Sreesanth, Gautam Gambhir posted a cryptic story on his Instagram account. He posted his picture while smiling, saying: “Smile when the world is all about attention!”

However, S Sreesanth didn’t go easy even on that post. Sreesanth thrashed Gautam Gambhir stating that he crossed all the limits of a sportsman and a brother. The former pacer called Gambhir an arrogant and classless individual and added that he had lost all respect for him. Sreesanth elaborated:
“You have exceeded the boundaries of a sportsman and a brother, and above all, you represent the people. Yet, you continue to engage in conflicts with every cricketer.
What is the matter with you? All I did was smile and observe, and you labelled me a fixer? Seriously? Are you above the Supreme Court? You have no authority to speak in such a manner and say whatever you please.
“You even verbally abused the umpires, and yet you speak of smiling? You are an arrogant and utterly classless individual who lacks any form of respect for those who supported you. Until yesterday, I always held respect for you and your family. However, you used the derogatory term “fixer” not just once, but seven or eight times.”
I’m sure even God won’t forgive you – S Sreesanth on Gautam Gambhir
S Sreesanth further while lashing out at Gautam Gambhir stated that he will never forget about what he experienced. He added that even god won’t forget him. He elaborated:
“You even resorted to using the F-word towards the umpires and myself, persistently trying to provoke me. Anyone who has experienced what I have endured would never forgive you. Deep down, you know that what you said and did was wrong. Im sure even God wont forgive you. You didn’t even come to the field aftwr that..Come on, God is watching everything.”
