England National Cricket Team pacer Ollie Robinson has achieved an unwanted feat to his name in the ongoing County Championship. The right-arm pacer became the bowler to concede most runs in a single over of the English First-Class cricket, as he gave away 43 runs.

England National Cricket Team pacer Ollie Robinson achieved an unwanted record during the ongoing County Championship game between Sussex and Leicestershire. The match between the two teams is underway at the 1st Central County Ground in Hove.

Ollie Robinson was taken to cleaners by Leicestershire batter Louis Kimber during the second innings of the game. The batter oozed his class with the bat in the 59th over and made the bowler look clueless. The over included eight boundaries from nine balls (there were three no-balls).

Louis Kimber started the over with a massive six and then hit the four on the second ball, which was a no-ball. The batter then went on to hit another boundary on a second legal delivery and put the pacer under pressure at the 1st Central County Ground in Hove.

On the third ball, Louis Kimber did further damage and went on to hit another six and then followed it up with another four on the next ball. To worsen the case for the pacer Ollie Robinson bowled another no-ball, which too was also hit for a boundary by the Leicestershire batter.

On the 5th ball of the over, Ollie Robinson got tonked for another four. The carnage, however, didn't stop there as he bowled another no-ball after that and was hit for another four on that. On the last ball of the over, he finally managed to keep Louis Kimber silent as he conceded only 1 run.

Ollie Robinson gave away 43 runs with the ball, which is the most by any bowler in the County Championship. He surpassed Alex Tudor for the most runs conceded in a single of English First-Class cricket. The former Surrey bowler gave away 38 runs in 1998.

Louis Kimber is on the verge of a terrific double-ton

Louis Kimber has been the shining light for Leicestershire in the ongoing game against Sussex in the County Championship. The team was struggling to get going and was left tottering at 175/7. It was then that the batter stepped up for his team and made sure that he bailed them out of trouble with their sensational batting display.

Louis Kimber batted with complete control and made sure that he brought his team back into the game. The batter first slammed a magnificent half-century and then made sure that he didn't throw his wicket away. He played sensational strokes and paved his way to a century.

However, the hunger to score runs didn't stop there for Louis Kimber as he now looks set for a double ton. The batter at the time of writing this piece was at 191 runs off just 92 balls. He also has slammed 18 fours and 16 sixes in his innings.
