Australia Women player Alana King came up with a sensational fielding effort in The Hundred 2024 league between Trent Rockets and Southern Brave on Saturday (10th August). The match between the two teams took place at the Rose Bowl in Southampton.
Alana King put her team at the top with a magical fielding effort. During the 97th ball of Southern Brave’s run-chase, King bowled a full-length ball to which Naomi Dattani attempted to play the shot towards the leg-sid and take a quick single but it wasn't the case.
The ball hit her pads and went towards the off-side. Alana King then oozed her class within the field. She quickly covered the ground and produced an underarm throw to hit the bullseye and send the batter packing without making much contribution with the bat, scoring 1 run off just 1 ball.
