India head coach Rahul Dravid came up with a strong message for batter Virat Kohli after he came up with a T20 World Cup 2024 trophy in the dressing room. The former captain of the team told the premier batter to win the World Test Championship Final as well as to tick all boxes in terms of trophy.
India batter Virat Kohli got his hands at the T20 World Cup trophy after the Rohit Sharma-led side beat South Africa in the final of the 2024 edition to win their second-ever trophy. This came on the back of their sensational performances in the entire tournament.
India was extremely dominating throughout the entire T20 World Cup 2024 as they won all their games right from the start. Throughout the entire tournament, they were magnificent with the bat and ball and made sure that they stepped up on the right occasion to seal the trophy.
Virat Kohli struggled with the bat throughout the tournament as he didn't look completely in his sorts. Coming into the final, he had just 75 runs but he made sure that he stepped up at the right time and played a vital hand for his team in the final.
Virat Kohli was the man with the bat for India in the final. After the team lost early wickets, the premier batter came up with a sensational effort and made sure that he batted deep and helped his team end up a fighting total on the board against South Africa at the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown at Barbados.
Virat Kohli played a sensational innings of 76 runs off 59 balls. He batted with a strike rate of around 129 and slammed 6 fours and 2 sixes in his innings. His knock helped India post a total of 176 runs on the board and won the game by 7 runs to lift their second T20 World Cup title. He also won Player of the Match for his innings.
With the win in the T20 World Cup 2024, Virat Kohli completed all three title wins in the ICC events. He won the Cricket World Cup in 2011, the Champions Trophy in 2013, and now the T20 title as well. The premier batter is left with one title, which is the ICC World Test Championship Final.
Rahul Dravid too is aware of it and he wants Virat Kohli to achieve the feat. As Indian players entered the dressing room, the head coach told the premier batter: "All three white ticked off, one red to go".

Virat Kohli retires from T20Is after the T20 World Cup 2024
Virat Kohli after the T20 World Cup 2024 retired from the T20Is. He stated that it was time for the next generation to take on and along with it, marked the end of an era as Rohit Sharma and Ravindra Jadeja called quits on the shortest format of the game after the title win.
Virat Kohli played 125 matches for India in the T20Is. He is India's second-highest run-scorer in the format. In his career, he slammed 4188 at an average of 48.69 and a strike rate of 137.04.
The batter will be having a a great opportunity to win the ICC World Test Championship Final as well. India is likely to play the final and the match is expected to take place around March 2025.
