Arshdeep Singh, on Wednesday (October 9), gave Parvez Hossain Emon a death stare after dismissing him in the second India vs Bangladesh T20I at the Arun Jaitley Stadium.
The Bangladesh opener opened his account by hitting Arshdeep Singh for three fours in the first over. On the very first ball of the over, he hit the India pacer for a stunning boundary over extra cover. On the fifth ball of the over, he hit a shot straight over the bowler's head for his second four.
And on the final ball of the over, Parvez Hossain Emon hit Arshdeep Singh for another four. In the same over, he had also taken a double to collect 14 runs and give his team a solid start. However, Arshdeep Singh had the last laugh in the duel.
In his very next over, the left-arm pacer had his revenge. On the third ball of the third over, Arshdeep made the left-handed batsman drag his delivery onto the stumps. It was a short-of-length delivery from the bowler and Emon ended up inside edging the ball onto the stumps.
And as soon as the ball hit the stumps, Arshdeep just stood in the middle of the pitch and stared at Emon for a good few seconds.
