Nearly five days have passed since the unforgettable day at the Kensington Oval in Barbados, where the Rohit Sharma-led Indian cricket team ended a 13-year-long drought for a World Cup trophy.

They defeated South Africa in the final to lift the T20 World Cup 2024 on June 29. However, the celebrations among Indian cricketers are still going on despite winning the cup last week, but this excitement and celebration is completely understandable, as it took India 11 years to win an ICC trophy after many heartbreaks during this period.

Well, Team India was stranded in Barbados after winning the T20 World Cup 2024 final due to Hurricane Beryl. However, they finally touched down in New Delhi on Thursday morning, greeted by a rousing reception from their ecstatic fans outside the Delhi Airport and the team hotel.
