Pakistan National Cricket Team are currently locking horns with the New Zealand National Cricket Team in the final of the tri-series. The match between the two teams is taking place on Friday (14th February) at the National Stadium in Karachi.
Pakistan and New Zealand have played a brilliant brand of cricket in the entire series, and the competition between bat and ball is extremely high. Both the teams are fighting tooth and nail to make sure that they win the match and head into ICC Champions Trophy 2025 on high.
While Pakistan and New Zealand are giving their best, an unexpected appearance was made by the black cat on the field. The animal was seen walking on the playing area and made the umpires stop the game for a while.
The incident happened after the 24th over of the New Zealand innings. The black cat made her appearance during the first innings as well. However, the animal encountered a life-threatening encounter as the kite was about to attack and take it along.
The video of the incident was posted by the PCB on their social media account with the caption: "We've got some feline company enjoying cricket on the ground."

Pakistan National Cricket Team didn't have a great outing with the bat
Coming to the match, the hosts didn't have a great outing with the bat as they managed just 242 runs. Opting to bat, they came under massive pressure as they lost three quick wickets and were left tottering at 54 for three.
However, skipper Mohammad Rizwan (46) and Salman Agha (45), who scored solid centuries in the last game, came up with vital knocks to bring the team back into the game. The duo added 88 runs for the third wicket before Tayyab Tahir (38) played a crucial hand as well.
Devon Conway, Kane Williamson play decent hands for New Zealand in the chase
Faheem Ashraf (22) and Naseem Shah (19) played decent hands down the order as the Mohammad Rizwan-led side posted a total of 242 runs. For the New Zealand National Cricket Team, William ORourke picked four wickets.
New Zealand had a poor start to the chase as Will Young was back in the hut early. Devon Conway (48) and Kane Williamson (34) played decent hands but couldn't carry on the start.
The onus will now be on Daryl Mitchell and Tom Latham to take their team to the win. The duo has looked settled at the crease and if they bat like this, it's fair to say that no one can stop Kwis from having their hands at the trophy.
