Deepak Chahar suffers injury scare:
With 184 runs on the board, Mumbai Indians' bowlers will have to come up with a special effort to power their team to a crucial win. However, the five-time champions suffered a big injury scare at the very start of their bowling innings.
Injury-prone Deepak Chahar seemingly had a problem in his hamstring after bowling just one ball. He came to bowl the second over and was forced to call the physio after the first ball. The former Chennai Super Kings had his left hamstring strapped by the physio before resuming his over.
Deepak Chahar then completed his over but left the field immediately afterward to receive further treatment. Mumbai Indians will be hoping that the injury is not serious and Deepak Chahar bowls not only in the ongoing game but also remains available for the playoffs matches.
