Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan stitched a 120-run partnership in 12.1 overs for the opening wicket. However, Lucknow staged a comeback with a disciplined bowling display. Gill was the top scorer for the Titans, making 60 runs off 38 balls, including six fours and a six.

The Shubman Gill-led side looked set to post a total of over 200, but they were eventually restricted to 180/6. Shardul Thakur and Ravi Bishnoi claimed two wickets each, while Digvesh Rathi and Avesh Khan picked up one apiece.
