Dwayne Bravo In Shock Seeing Vaibhav Arora's Wicket

Vaibhav Arora was the best bowler of the night for the Kolkata Knight Riders in a match where the Sunrisers Hyderabad posted a colossal score of 278/3.

The right-arm pacer was the only bowler who had an economy of under 10, while the rest of the bowlers conceded runs with an economy of 10-plus.

In his four overs, Vaibhav Arora gave away 39 runs and bagged one crucial wicket of Ishan Kishan on the third ball of the 19th over.

However, his bowling performance didn't earn him as much limelight as his dismissal in the second innings of the game. He got run out in a bizarre manner for a golden duck and faced brutal trolling for his sloppiness.

On the fourth ball of the 18th over, when KKR were down and out, Jaydev Unadkat bowled a fullish ball around the off-stump to Vaibhav that beat the inside edge to hit the pad and rolled to the off-side.

Harshit Rana asked for a quick single, and he quickly reached the other end, but the same wasn't the case with Vaibhav Arora, who was very casual while running.

Vaibhav Arora jogged to the other end after missing a forward defense, and Jaydev Unadkat ran forward, picked up the ball, turned around, and fired a direct hit at the other end.

In the replays, it was seen that Vaibhav Arora's right foot was past the crease but hovering in the air as the ball hit the stumps and he was given out. KKR mentor Dwayne Bravo was absolutely shocked seeing this as he jerked back and hid his face, going 'What's that'.

I Think We Started Decent In This Season : Sunil Narine

Speaking ahead of the match, the Kolkata Knight Riders superstar Sunil Narine said that they started the competition on a decent note, but lost some key games. He said:

"I think we started decent in this season. There were a few key games where you didn't get over the line. That is what hampered us from moving forward. We still played good cricket. Every game we were in the hunt, but unfortunately, we couldn't get over the line. We lost a few close ones as well."

Sunil Narine, while talking about his performance, said that he is quite satisfied. He said:

"Nothing different for me. Just getting the starts and not managing to carry on to get a big score. That is one of the keys, but I have been happy with my performances. Things could have been better from my side, but at the end of the day, not every season is going to be the same."

Sunil Narine further said that he has a lot of trust in his bowling ability and is confident to deliver. He said:

"I will still go with bowling. I am always confident with my bowling. Batting takes extra work and a little more preparation, especially during game days. We had two practice sessions before this game. Guys came out and hit the balls, bowled a bit as well. Still going on with the process, what is a good way to play and win the games. You play to win, no matter if you qualify or not."
